Our catering tents are British made traditional canvas and timber pole structures, built to match our larger marquees and are fitted with an attachable covered walkway. Wherever your guests arrive, the aesthetic of your set-up will be consistent from every perspective. Lighting, matting and 6 trestle tables are included but each caterer will have their own specification - we are happy to deal direct with them to ensure there is a comfortable space for them to work and can offer either a 6m x 6m or 6m x 9m marquee.

We don’t like to talk crap, but it’s something that has to be discussed!  We work alongside the industries best suppliers and can provide and co-ordinate top of the range luxury trailer toilets throughout the UK.

We would recommend the use of either a 2+1 or 3+1 (2/3 ladies cubicles & 1 gents + urinals) based on your guest numbers. All units are self-contained and come complete with running water, loo roll & hand soap etc.

Our generators are supplied with a backup unit as standard. If you are within close proximity to a property or reliable source, it could be possible to use this as a backup, meaning a single unit would be suitable. Our price also includes all electrical distribution to your caterers, toilets, bar, band/DJ, lighting, charging points etc… Instillation is carried out to BS 7909.

Power is the most important part of your outdoor event and without a reliable source & install you could run the risk of overloading circuits and having no power at all. We spec everything accordingly to ensure a smooth and trouble-free event.

Our working season runs throughout the warmer months, from April until September. There might be times, particularly during the evening, where the temperature might drop – let’s not beat around the bush, this is Britain after all! As a last-minute consideration, we can provide indirect marquee heaters which work on a thermostat and keep the marquee at a consistent and comfortable temperature throughout your celebration.
